Meet Wholesail’s Customer Success Manager, Stephanie Storvik

What do you like most about working here, and what makes this organization different from others you’ve experienced or observed?

I believe in the product and services we provide. It speaks volumes that our customers – and even our customers’ customers – personally tell me how much they value our unique approach to solving problems. Software doesn’t have to be impersonal, and Wholesail empowers us to combine innovation with exceptional service.

Before joining Wholesail in 2022, my career was rooted in hospitality operations. Here, I’ve found the best of both worlds: a company delivering a valuable, industry-changing product while embracing a hospitable, people-first approach to customer service.

How would you describe your approach to your work, and how does that reflect the organization’s values or culture?

I thrive on challenges and feel most energized when moving full speed ahead. At Wholesail, our ever-evolving products and services keep us on our toes and inspire us to continually wow customers with our results.

For me, excellence means my customers feel supported, heard, and confident in the solutions we deliver. Wholesail aligns with these values and approach. I’m proud to be part of a team building tools that help so many family-owned businesses across the U.S. thrive.

Can you share a moment or story that made you feel proud of the impact you or the organization has had for your customers?

One of our partners, Casa de Case, once surprised me with a truly authentic panettone imported from Italy – one of their specialty holiday items. It arrived in a beautiful box adorned with images of Venice, a city that holds special meaning for my family, along with a handwritten note expressing their appreciation for me and Wholesail.

That thoughtful gesture reminded me how powerful it is to create authentic, human connections in business. I’ve always believed in the “surprise and delight” moments that hospitality teaches us to create, and I bring that philosophy to my work – ensuring our customers feel valued and genuinely cared for.
